One of the most aggravating things I experience on a website when shopping online has to do with the shopping cart software a merchant has chosen. When adding a product to the site’s shopping cart, nothing annoys me more than the absence of a “continue shopping” button that either takes me back to my last item I selected or to the main page of the site.

When using pay per click (PPC) advertising (or even organic search engine optimization for that matter), it is important that the keywords the user entered in the search engine carry over into your site.
