Hey everyone, its been a busy spring for me and I have not been able to post as much as I would like. I am looking for anyone who would like to assist or become a guest writer, column writer, featured writer, etc , or be willing to participate a bit in this site. This site is 100% free so obviously this isn’t a paid position, but it would give you an opportunity to promote your business or get some experience. The traffic on this site is starting to climb and I would love to get some other people’s perspective. The only requirement I have is that you run your own ecommerce site. Contact me for any details.

The Twitter party is nice because you can interact with other ecommerce and marketing entrepreneurs during the conference. It was the first such Twitter party I have ever participated in. It was nice to see it in action. However, if you are not a member of Twitter, please do not let that stop you from attending. Read more... (500 words, estimated 2:00 mins reading time)

Not every bot will see your page “exactly” this way, but it gives you an idea of how your page is viewed via automated means. Remember highly graphical sites or sites with a lot of flash are hard to interpret by search engines without additional text-based content. This tool will show you: Read more... I just posted the latest video in the Nautical Modeler – How To Build An Online Store series in the video section of our website or in our ECommerce Lab section. This is Part 2 in the series and in it, I talk about Niche Marketing and why choosing a niche is critical to your chances of success. This is one of the last few videos, before we get into the meat of building the online store, but are very important as it sets the groundwork for things to come. It also gives you some insight in how I go about knowing what to sell and what my approach to online selling is about. Read more... (162 words, estimated 39 secs reading time)
