E-Commerce Trends: Forrester Research Predicts Holiday Online Retail Growth Of 8%

Internet Retailer posted an article on its website today that indicated that Forrester Research Inc. predicts that online holiday retail sales will grow 8% this year to $44.7 billion which represents a continued shift of shopping towards the web. Contrast that to the National Retail Federation which has forecasted total retail sales will decline 1% this holiday season.
