Thank you for your post. I think many on here can attest that it is always hard. For me, time management is my struggle above and beyond all else. Trying to balance home/work life often means I am up before everyone else, or up late after everyone else has gone to bed. I work my best late at night. I have also had to learn the hard way, that I can't do everything myself, so I have had to let go a bit and let others help out. Even if it means, financially it will cost me.

Whether its health, financial, or time, I think it comes down to how you are wired. What is most important to you at that time? Family and your Health I think always has to come first. Followed by other challenges.

At one point or another, any of these things can come up and kick you. For me, things ebb and flow. Some weeks things go smoothly, and most weeks they are a struggle. I try to stay balanced the best I can. Sometimes it means not pushing my business side so hard that it effects other parts of my life. Some weeks I may push hard in one area, the next week I ease up a bit and rest up.

As far as ecommerce goes, it is not easy. Its not a magic bullet. No business is. You work hard, and you often feel you aren't getting anywhere. I try to approach these tough times (whether its business, financial or health) with perseverance. I spent time in the Army right out of high school and between it and football, I learned about mental toughness and it built confidence in what I do. Nothing today seems as hard as it was when you are face down cold and wet in the mud doing pushups with a ton of gear on your back.. (I had it lucky, I was never shot at like our guys and gals today)

Each day, I have come to realize that not everything will get done. So I learn to let things slide. I do make a significant effort though to make some progress each and every day. Something that gets me one step closer to some goal I have. If you are persistent, yet careful about not overdoing it in one area of your life, one day you will wake up and look back and say "Gee, how did I get here." I think we tend to want to live in the moment.

I think everyone has their days, where they need to step back and take a breath. Yet, consistently make small steps forward and by all means enjoy the journey.

Its a great question, and I am sure everyone faces challenges. Those that don't admit it are lying

I am curious what others face as well.

I am curious as to the challenges many of you have faced along the Entrepreneur journey, whether they be business-related or personal, and how those challenges were overcome.

It seems that life always throws a curveball when it's least expected (time balance issues, illness, financial, etc.) and I thought this topic may be relevant in the sense of problem solving or adaptation and how it has affected the way you do business.
